We aim to get your machine dispatched to youas soon as possible. Free delivery (usually 2 working days) is available to all mainland UK addresses (except Scottish Highlands).If you order before 2pm Mon-Thurs you will usually receive your item(s) within 2 working days for mainland UK addresses. Delays may occur to delivery due to issues with stock availability but we aim to notify the customer as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail.
At present, we cannot deliver items to addresses outside the UK.
Returns Policy

Should you wish to change your mind on your purchase, you can return the machine or accessory within 14 working days. The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us either by email via the 'Contact Us' page or phone on 0115 986 6646 and we can help in processing this for you.
All goods will be inspected on receipt for any signs of misuse and if deemed so we will refuse the right to refund on the machine or accessory. For all purchases made online, you the customer is covered by the EU Distance Selling Directive (DSR)
