AURA-R2 is a fully autonomous, wire-free robotic mower designed for precise, consistent lawn care across areas up to 3000 m². Combining intelligent navigation, smart sensing and reliable connectivity, it delivers a clean, even finish with minimal effort.

At its core is PATH IQ™, EGO’s advanced navigation system integrating RTK*, VSLAM* and VIO*.
These technologies work together to map and navigate your garden with centimetre-level accuracy, planning efficient, non-overlapping mowing paths without boundary wires.

PATH IQ™ maps, adapts and corrects in real time, efficiently delivering precise results without wasted passes.
It recognises obstacles such as toys, tools or pets, avoids them intelligently and stays confidently on track near walls, trees or tight passages.

AURA-R2 works systematically in a stripe pattern for the most efficient cut, maximising coverage and leaving every lawn looking pristine.
The RMR1500E supports up to 20 mowing zones, travelling smoothly across paths or driveways to maintain different garden areas.

With 50% slope handling, 3 pivoting blades and 20–90 mm electronic cutting height adjustment, it adapts to varying terrain with ease. Rainfall detection pauses mowing when needed, while GPS tracking and alerts offer added security.

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity link seamlessly to the EGO Connect App. Its IP66-rated body protects against the elements and is easy to clean, even with a pressure washer.

*RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) – Uses satellite signals and correction data from the PATH IQ™ antenna to determine the mower’s position with extreme precision, enabling straight-line mowing without boundary wires.
*VSLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping) – The mower’s visual system that uses its dual cameras to “see” and map the environment in real time, recognising obstacles and garden features.
*VIO (Visual Inertial Odometry) – Combines camera vision with internal motion sensors to track the mower’s movement and orientation, even when satellite signals are briefly unavailable.
